Jane Falconer is ISG’s chief human resources officer. She joined in March 2017 in the role of group HR director, bringing over 20 years of HR experience to ISG, and was appointed to the Statutory Board in January 2019.
Jane has a track record of shaping, transforming and delivering HR strategies that improve and enhance businesses, and a wealth of experience of directing successful employee engagement programmes that provide tangible outcomes.
As a key member of ISG’s Statutory Board, Jane will be instrumental in supporting ISG’s vision to be the world’s most dynamic construction services company, delivering places that help people and businesses thrive, as well as ISG’s goal to be the best employer in the industry, offering an unbeatable employment experience, and recruiting and developing the best talent in our sector.
Jane will drive ISG’s continued focus on investing in its people and building ISG’s reputation as a great place to work, developing and delivering a dynamic and cohesive people strategy, to ensure the business remains firmly on track to achieve its ambitions.
Jane joined ISG from UTi Worldwide, where she was most recently the senior vice president of HR, responsible for shaping, leading and delivering the people agenda. Earlier in her career with UTi Worldwide, Jane held the role of vice president of HR Europe and Africa, where she led and inspired the regional HR community to be ambassadors for change. Previously, Jane also held roles at Laing O’Rourke, and wine and spirits company, Diageo.
With two master’s degrees – in employment law, and industrial relations and personnel management – Jane is well placed to support ISG’s people to achieve their full potential, and is focused on attracting, developing and retaining the best talent in the industry.
