Group Marketing & Communications Director
Catherine (Cat) Green joined ISG in 2015 as group marketing & communications director and has global remit for brand, customer experience, digital, employee communications, marketing and PR. Cat’s focus is on delivering business improvement and profitability through strong brand development and employee engagement; building internal brand ambassadors who in turn deliver unbeatable customer experiences. In her first twelve months at ISG, she researched, developed and delivered the rebrand programme that launched in October 2016.
Prior to joining ISG, Cat was the marketing & communications director for Barratt London, the capital’s arm of Britain’s largest housebuilder, Barratt plc. She led the marketing and communications function through strategic change and delivered the newly created Barratt London brand to increase customer consideration and positively influence stakeholders. Cat was responsible for marketing, leads generation and customer journey in support of sales for a diverse development portfolio that ranged from 30 to 2,000 units, priced from £200,000 to £7m, in Zone 1 and across London.
Prior to Barratt London, Cat was the marketing & communications director at Mace Group where she spearheaded the group marketing and communications strategy that supported the company's growth from £372m turnover in 2006 to £1.1bn in 2013. Cat’s team won B2B Marketing Team of the Year and the company also achieved Business Superbrand status.
