The project

For this project, ISG delivered a transformation comprising a General Manager’s office, 12-pax meeting rooms, two phone booths, a pantry, 24 workstations, a server room and a fitness studio complete with live streaming video equipment.

Part of the challenge in this project was the firm requirement to deliver a high-quality project with budget restrictions. This was overcome through close communication with the customer during material selection, and closely demonstrating the design development from concept to completion.

Following a four-week construction programme, the fast-track high quality fit out was carried out within a live environment with a majority of the works executed after business hours.

During a customer experience (CX) survey that was conducted with the general manager of Les Mills, ISG was awarded a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 10 along with a full overall score of 100%, showcasing how our team has exceeded expectations in the project.
