Overview

With Porsche becoming a leader in the luxury automotive sector in China, ISG undertook project & cost management as well as the interior design of their headquarters in Shanghai. The aim of this project was to relocate the company offices, workshop and showrooms all into the same facility. ISG not only worked with the landlord and local authorities, but also their suppliers to source all the project materials. This stylish project was launched in March 2009.

As a result of this collaboration with Porsche, ISG signed a framework agreement to handle 50% of the China 4S Centres every year and a substantial part of the Project Management commissions on these Centres.

The scope of the work included project management, cost management, interior design management, landlord & local authority relationship management, form of contract, and PM-CM Contract.
