ISG has delivered many projects for Marks & Spencer. In 2012, ISG was appointed to manage the delivery of a roll out refurbishment programme entitled Concept 300. The programme involved working in a live store environment, which required flexibility in order to fit into the retailer’s opening hours.
The processes ISG developed enabled the deliver of multiple defect & accident free projects. This programme commenced in the latter part of 2012 and was completed at the end of March 2014.
