In 2012 ISG was appointed to carry out an ATM replacement programme throughout the UK for key customer and Framework partner, Lloyds Banking Group.
All individual branch programmes were prepared and implemented by ISG specialist teams outside of normal hours. Commissioning the new machines took place the next morning, which kept the service downtime to the absolute minimum. The installation success was 100% with a 93% flawless statistic and 9.20 branch management score out of 10. Due to the success of the work ISG was awarded another 363 machines in 2013.
