Overview

In 2013, ISG delivered the John Lewis department store in Kingston. A major aspect of the project was the ten-day fit out of the beauty department which included 18 independent beauty brands.

The Project

John Lewis Partnership said they had never seen as many brands launch on the same day. The feedback from their retail department was that “the department was an outstanding success.” The success of the accomplishment was due to the collaborative approach by all stakeholders.
