Introduction

ISG combined three offices into one to deliver a new global headquarter for Pinsent Masons.

The firm’s new headquarters at 30 Crown Place brings together employees who previously worked in offices across the city.

The project

The fit out contained mostly cellular office space with privacy being a high priority. The team made sure the acoustics in each office were of a high quality.

The top three floors from 14 to 16 were integrated together into one client destination through a sweeping spiral staircase. This was the stand out feature of the fit out.

The installation of the staircase posed a structural challenge and had to be completed early in the fit out process.

The team had to remove sections of slab across two floors. The completion of the staircase early in the project facilitated the movement of materials across the three floors which added to the speed of delivery.
