In June 2015 ISG was selected for the fit out project of Quixa, the Italian insurance company owned by the international AXA group.

The project

Our customer’s aim was to relocate over 200 employees from their former offices to the new location in a multi-tenanted building in Via Rizzoli, Milan. ISG entered the site in July to carry out the revamping of pre-existing mechanical and electrical systems, including the adaptation of data cabling with the installation of additional access points. The internal fit out works also included plasterboard walls, ceiling and floor finishes, paintings, the installation of glazed and foldable partitions and final furniture.  The conference room required sound proofing specifications, including the installation of acoustic lead baffles in the walls and sound absorbing panels underneath flooring and ceilings.

Our team demonstrated a collaborative approach throughout the project and in particular during the employees’ move, which ensured business continuity for Quixa at all times.

Customer testimonial

“We have been able to move 230 people in two weekends, ensuring continuity without closing the customer service department. A real success if we consider the short period of the entire project and the move. I personally want to thank ISG for their support, flexibility and professionalism that helped us to achieve this goal on time and without any inconveniences for our customers.”
