The team in the Middle East was appointed to increase the amount of rooms per floor at the Golden Tulip Hotel, from 13 to 22 rooms, on levels seven to 11 and 15. ISG is also enhancing the four-star hotel’s guest entrance and communal areas.
ISG in the Middle East worked with Louvre Hotels Group and designers, CHDI, to incorporate several design changes during the project.
We demolished all internal walls and ceilings, and created 22 keys on each level. The bathrooms were fitted with new marble and sanitary fittings to complement the finishes in the new apartments.
The team also transformed the front of house areas with new marble, ceilings, carpets and walnut walls.
The new guest entrance, current reception and restaurant area was also given the ISG treatment, with the installation of new glass doors and marble flooring and walls.
