ISG has secured its latest project with the Co-operative Group, taking a £600K scheme to deliver a brand new store for the UK’s fifth largest food retailer in the scenic Highland village of Ballachulish.
Following the successful completion of the first phase of Home Scotland’s £multi-million regeneration project at Mill O’Mains in Dundee, ISG has been instructed to undertake the second phase of the development, which represents a further investment of £8.5 million by the Scottish social housing provider - part of Home Group
ISG has won the Readers’ Choice Award for Middle East Interior Contractor of the Year at the prestigious CID Awards. The annual event, which celebrates excellence in the booming regional interior design industry, was held in Dubai and attended by the industry’s most recognised professionals. ISG has been awarded the largest London office fit out contract of the last twelve months, securing the £125 million project to deliver the new UK headquarters for UBS at 5 Broadgate. The striking office building is currently under construction and ISG is scheduled to commence work on site at the start of 2015, following a twelve month pre-construction period.

ISG has recently completed the renovation and fit out works of Patek Philippe's new Maison flagship in Beijing. Located in an important historical building on East Qianmen Avenue, the two-storey structure was the former American Legation during the Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1912) and hosted a secret meeting in 1971 between Henry Kissenger and Premier Zhou Enlai, to set the stage for US President Richard Nixon's visit the following year.
