ISG is due to commence work on a £6.5 million passenger improvement project at Bristol Airport, representing the largest scheme awarded to date via the four year capital works framework announced at the start of the year.
SG has successfully completed a fast-track £2.8 million contract to create a new Customer Contact centre in Derby for Severn Trent Water, as part of the utility company’s ‘Workplace Improvement Programme’. As the only contractor to be appointed to both sub £1 million, and £1 million plus value bands, ISG has delivered numerous refurbishment, health & safety, public access and historical building renovation schemes for Severn Trent Water over the past four years.

ISG has secured its latest project with Old Course Ltd, part of the US-based Kohler Co., to upgrade corridor and air-conditioning facilities at the world famous Old Course Hotel in St Andrews. This win builds on ISG’s relationship with the hospitality brand, which recently saw the contractor deliver a £multi-million luxury residential development at the iconic Hamilton Hall, overlooking the 18th green of the Old Course in the town.
ISG has been awarded a £2.2 million project, via the North West Construction Hub (NWCH) framework, to deliver a regional centre of excellence for academic and employability related education at Knutsford Academy in Cheshire. The Studio will accommodate up to 300, 14-19 year olds providing academic learning alongside a vocational curriculum, with close links to local employers and major regional commercial organisations.
ISG will present the Audience Prize at this year’s Best Office Awards in Moscow. The Best Office Awards have been described as the “Oscars” of Russia’s commercial real estate industry and this year more than 100 projects have been nominated in 12 categories.
ISG has further strengthened its Fit Out business with the appointment of James Weekes as divisional director for its Projects team. The highly experienced industry professional heads up one of ISG’s fastest growing business divisions, with a core focus on projects up to a value of circa £1.5 million.
ISG has secured a circa £30 million project with global investment firm Blackstone to remodel and refurbish floors one to six of the iconic Art Deco Adelphi Building, which overlooks the Victoria Embankment in London.
ISG and Stride Treglown’s highly flexible FORM model school has secured major backing from the Vale of Glamorgan County Council, which has selected the design concept for its new £2.7 million Nant Talwg School in Barry. The project has key significance within Wales as it represents the first practical application of a model school template in the country.
ISG has been awarded a £9.1 million project by Amsprop Investments, Lord Alan Sugar’s property development company, to transform an existing nine-storey office building overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral into high specification, contemporary office and retail space.
