ISG in Hong Kong has completed the first phase its exciting transformation of a luxurious residential property in Hong Kong.
ISG is revamping the hospitality experience at the property, which is nestled in the scenic Mid-Levels of Central Hong Kong, on behalf of a high-end hospitality management brand based in Asia.
The first phase of the project saw ISG carry out a live refurbishment scheme across eight floors, including the fit out of a new business centre, gymnasium, concierge and lounge areas.
ISG also created an all-day dining space complete with a bar, named ‘Café bar on 8’, which hosts a show kitchen and restaurant, living room, extensive lounge area and lobby.
The team is delivering to a fast-track programme of six weeks while the property continues to trade, a timescale which has required precise planning, flexibility and collaboration on behalf of the Hong Kong team.
Phase two of the project is underway, and involves a complete makeover of 213 serviced apartments across 33 floors, ranging from 336 to 750 sq ft in size.
The scheme involves the upgrade of mechanical and electrical services, installation of modern interior fixtures, panelling and flooring fitted out to high-end specifications, and a complete makeover of the bathrooms.
The total project delivery spans an estimated floor space of 105,000 sq ft.
The next phase of the project is due for completion in June 2018.
