Seven ISG projects shortlisted for BCO regional awards

The British Council for Offices (BCO) has once again recognised ISG’s outstanding work in the office fit out market, with seven projects shortlisted for this year’s regional BCO Awards in the UK.

In London, ISG has four recently completed projects up for awards, including Landsec and The Crown Estate, which are nominated in the Fit Out of the Year category, as well as the Adelphi and 20 Old Bailey, which have been shortlisted for the Refurbished or Recycled Project of the Year award.

The Landsec fit out project grabbed headlines in 2017 when Ed Dixon, sustainability special projects manager at Landsec, described ISG as ‘excellent’ in ensuring that their new offices achieved WELL certification, which tests buildings in matters relating to health and well-being.

The freshly revamped ASOS office and contact centre in Watford is nominated for Fit Out of the Year in the Midlands’ regional event.

The project, which was completed in November 2017 and is the first Agility project to be nominated for a BCO award, saw ISG strip out and re-fit the UK fashion giant’s offices in Leavesden Park.

ISG is also well represented on the shortlist in Scotland.

Following last year’s double award scoop for KPMG and 100 Queen Street, ISG’s Deloitte and Standard Life projects are set to battle it out in the Fit Out of Workplace category in 2018.

The regional awards kick off on Wednesday 18 April with the London Awards Lunch.
