ISG has recently completed the fit out of new Moscow headquarters for Kerama Marazzi, company leader for production and distribution of ceramic tiles and porcelain gres in Russia. The company leased the 1,700 sq m space in 2012, in the newly constructed business center known as Vivaldi Plaza, and awarded the fit out from shell and core to ISG.
The project commenced with the development of working documentation from the design concept by Italian architect, Gianandrea Barreca. The design is based on three key principles: efficiency, functionality and qualitative space. In alignment with these ideas the architect has designed a highly organised open space where all office zones are isolated but at the same time allow teams to integrate with each other.
The project entailed the construction of a reception area, meetings rooms, showroom and cafeteria together with a series of private offices, as well as open plan workplaces and the installation of an integrated MEPS system. As an international producer of ceramic tiles, the office also focuses heavily on the display and promotion of Marazzi's products and services.
Understandably our client paid great attention to the quality of finishes; especially to the installation of all ceramic tiled areas, including tiles, porcelain gres, mosaic, skirting, sanitary ware. Marazzi has since awarded the ISG team a new contract for the M&E maintenance services.
