ISG graduate scheme - Construction News

ISG is a finalist in the Graduate Scheme of the Year category of the 2017 Construction Investing in Talent Awards (CITA).

The awards, sponsored by Construction News and now in their second year, celebrate the UK’s most inspirational individuals and teams working to attract and retain the best talent in the construction industry.

ISG’s graduate scheme, called ‘Developing talent. Delivering futures’, is designed to encourage careers in the construction industry.

Graduates are rotated across ISG’s core service lines in order to gain valuable experience across the industry, with the programme including practical, classroom and technical training.

Construction News editor, Tom Fitzpatrick, said: “Our shortlisted companies are overcoming Brexit uncertainty by striving to attract and retain the best talent in the UK construction industry.

“Each company is going further than ever before to make construction an inclusive industry and pushing the boundaries on their outreach initiatives, recruitment and as the best places to work.”

ISG’s graduate programme and learning manager, Hannah Marsh, said: “We’re delighted to be shortlisted by the CITA.

“The recognition is testament to the massive step-change in our offering and the overall success of the programme.

“We’re committed to helping our graduates grow their skills, ambition and capabilities into fantastic careers.”

ISG’s graduate scheme will now be reviewed by a panel of industry experts.

Winners will be announced at a special event at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London, on 15 November 2017.
