ISG has been described as excellent by the sustainability special projects manager at Landsec, the UK’s largest commercial property development and investment company.
Speaking in the trade publication, Property Week, Landsec’s Ed Dixon said the highly efficient and technical fit out of their new offices in Victoria, London, relied on working with a contractor they could trust.
“We were very fortunate that ISG, the fit out team, was excellent,” he said.
“The design on paper has to make it off the drawing board and into the real world. There isn’t any room for error.
“ISG really stepped up to the plate.”
In September 2017, the Landsec building achieved WELL certification, which tests buildings in matters relating to health and wellbeing, including air quality, cleanliness of water and lighting.
According to the article, Landesc is the first property company in the world to achieve the standard and the second company of any type in the UK to achieve it.
