ISG Hong Kong recognised as ‘Manpower Developer’

ISG in Hong Kong is delighted to announce that it has been recognised as a Manpower Developer in the 'ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme' in the region.

Organised by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB), the scheme recognises organisations that actively demonstrate remarkable commitment to employee training and development.

ISG is committed to encouraging its people to continue to develop their skills, and aligns its work culture with one of the business’s core values – ‘never stop learning’.

ISG has been participating in the award scheme since 2014, and is dedicated to inspiring a dynamic work environment for its teams to work, learn and thrive.

Tim Threlkeld, managing director of ISG in Hong Kong, said: “We are honoured to be recognised as a ‘Manpower Developer’ for the second time in four years.

“At ISG, our people are our greatest asset and vital in us delivering a high-quality service.

“We place huge importance on providing various development programmes and on-the-job training opportunities, and hope that our commitment will unlock the full potential of our people and service offering in Hong Kong.”

The ERB considers evidence of people development strategies, training programmes and corporate culture practices designed to promote continued learning and skill development when assessing companies for the Manpower Developer award.

The ceremony was held on 4 May 2018 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
