ISG has successfully completed the construction and fit out works at a new Mercedes-Benz flagship showroom. Located on Leningradskiy prospekt, 39A, the showroom was opened on 6 October 2016. It is the first brand store in Russia and a focal point for the country’s car lovers.
At the heart of the showroom is the Cars and Customers concept, offering clients an individual approach and a high quality service. One of the key goals set out for the designers was to bring together several exhibition areas with different types of cars. This complex task was solved by arranging various isolated sport and exhibition areas, each designed differently for every type of car. Isolated areas were partially divided by glass partitions, which can be used as screens to present images and videos. A separate area, called the S-Lounge, was created to display the brand’s flagship cars.
To make it easier for sales consultants to interact with clients, all customer service tools have been made available on mobile devices. This allows consultants to get instant service support, like booking a conference room or ordering coffee for clients.
To make the unveiling of new products even more exciting, unique roll-out zones were designed. These areas include state-of-the-art technology to present videos about the brand and products, special lighting effects and a lifting system that slowly elevates the car from the preparation bay onto the delivery zone.

The flagship showroom is a landmark project for ISG in Russia. We had an ambitious goal to deliver the first brand store project in Russia. To make it a success, substantial resources were brought together in one place at one time. It has been an incredibly exciting and challenging process, but without any doubt, we can now say that the project exceeded all expectations, and we are genuinely proud of the result."
