Di Nagy has joined ISG as group head of customer experience.
Di will lead the company’s strategic customer experience programme in support of its first corporate goal to provide the best customer experience in the industry, before, during and after project delivery.
Di joins from commercial property and real estate consultants Cushman & Wakefield and brings over 20 years’ extensive customer experience, client service, winning work and business development expertise in the industry, having also worked for DTZ and PWC.
Di will lead on ISG’s global roll-out of its customer experience strategy, including facilitating future senior management conferences and a comprehensive programme of mid- and post-completion surveys with clients and consultants, as part of the company’s continuous improvement commitment.
Group marketing and communications director, Cat Green, said: “Di brings a comprehensive range of client-facing and client-servicing experience to ISG and has an impressive track record of driving cultural change in large scale international organisations.
