ISG has announced its new board line up, which includes over forty five years’ of collective ISG experience. This is the latest step in the company’s ongoing commitment to build a strong, sustainable and dynamic business.
Joining new CEO Paul Cossell on ISG’s Statutory Board are Mark Stockton, Paul Weaver and Richard Hubbard.
Chief Finance Officer (CFO) Mark Stockton joined ISG in 2010 from GSK and was previously Finance Director for ISG’s Fit Out & Engineering Services business. Mark holds board responsibility for finance, HR and IT, and is focused on driving consistency, efficiency and effectiveness into core corporate services globally.
Paul Weaver, Chief Operations Officer (COO), has worked at ISG for 13 years across a variety of senior commercial and operational roles. Paul now takes on board responsibility for the successful selection and delivery of projects across ISG’s international business. Paul’s mandate includes risk management, supply chain excellence, health and safety, quality and sustainability, and he will also oversee the UK Construction business.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Richard Hubbard joined ISG in 2010 as Group Marketing Director and now takes on board responsibility for brand, business development, proposals, marketing and winning work across ISG’s global business. Richard will also oversee cultural and innovation programmes and initiatives.
The ISG board is joined by three non-executive directors from ISG’s parent company Cathexis. William Harrison - President and CEO of Cathexis, Josh Friedman and Jonathan Moy - both MDs at Cathexis, complete the new line up.
