BCO Scotland awards - KPMG Glasgow - ISG

ISG’s Scottish projects at 100 Queen Street and St Vincent Plaza for KPMG have been recognised as two of the best workplaces in the country at the British Council for Offices (BCO) Scottish Awards.

100 Queen Street picked up the award for Best Refurbished and Recycled Workplace, and our project for KPMG won Best Fit Out of Workplace at a special awards lunch which took place on 7 April 2017 at The Grand Central Hotel, Glasgow.

It is the second regional BCO award ISG has won for a KPMG project this year, following success for our Leeds fit out at the BCO Northern Awards on 5 April in Manchester.

The KPMG office (pictured) - which is located across three floors at the new office building, St Vincent Plaza, in Glasgow city centre - was completed in September 2016.

The fit out features open plan and cellular office space, as well as an impressive internal staircase.

ISG’s divisional director, Mike Linehan, said: “To win two awards in two days for our projects with KPMG is a fantastic achievement.

“My congratulations once again go to Stephen Hood and his team for delivering a high-quality project.”

100 Queen Street was a challenging project which involved delivering premier office accommodation in a listed city centre building.

ISG’s senior business development manager, Jim Black, said he was delighted with the award recognition and thanked the hard work of the project team.

“The BCO award is testament to how hard the team has worked to produce such an excellent project and my congratulations go to everyone involved.”
