New photography has revealed how ISG’s fit out work has reinvigorated The White Chapel Building in London.

ISG has been working with UK Real Estate Investment Trust (UK REIT), Derwent London, to deliver two phases of work to the building.

In 2016, ISG refurbished an extensive 184,000 sq ft of office space in the building, which is located near ISG’s head office in Aldgate, London.

The first phase of the project was fully let within seven months of completion, with new tenants including GDS, Wilmington, Perkins+Will and Reddie & Grose.

The 89,000 sq ft second phase extends and refurbishes the lower floors of the building.

ISG is installing a new external structure to the building, as well as rainscreen cladding.

The revamped design will feature a remodelled external staircase and public walkway, and new lifts will also be installed inside the building.

The second phase has been pre-let in its entirety to Fotografiska, who will operate the space as the London Museum of Photography.

The project is due for completion in summer 2018.
