An animated film promoting ISG’s new vision and values has been released online following a three-month internal campaign.
The bold new vision charts a marked departure from the company’s previous messaging, look and feel.
The new ISG brand was launched internally in September 2016 with a teaser trailer which charted the reasons for the re-brand and announced the company’s new vision statement.
The bold new ISG vision is to be “the world’s most dynamic construction services company, delivering places that help people and businesses thrive.”
The trailer also announced ISG’s four new corporate values which are ‘dream smart’, ‘always care’, ‘speak frankly’, and ‘never stop learning’.
The values are the core guiding principles which determine the actions and behaviours of all ISG employees.

ISG’s group marketing and communications director, Catherine Green, said she was delighted with the response to the full version of the brand video, released in October 2016.
"We believe that a true brand with purpose is delivered by a company’s people and so we’ve focused our rebrand strategy and activity internally first to ensure that everyone at ISG feels part of our brand story," Cat said.
"At ISG, we are passionate about giving our employees an inspirational message to encourage them to become proud brand ambassadors.
"Three months on and we are absolutely delighted with the response from our people to our new brand.
"Our values are already becoming part of our everyday narrative and we are constantly challenging ourselves to make everything we do more dynamic."
