ISG Smart Series: All change
Introducing ISG Smart Series
Bringing together leaders, experts and specialists from across the construction industry and beyond, ISG Smart Series is a unique opportunity to explore the topics that really matter to our industry.
Featuring expert panels of guest speakers tackling different themes at each event, Smart Series’ interactive events are designed to promote discussion, drive thought leadership and encourage knowledge sharing, helping us deliver smarter and more resilient places of tomorrow.
At ISG, we know the world is changing constantly. Since launching our Smart Series events, we’ve debated topics from creating offices of the future to debating what the office environment actually means to its occupiers. We now host ‘All Change’, as we explore key questions including; how do we build an inclusive workplace? How do we design a working environment that values and empowers its workforce? And are our workplaces set up to be inclusive for diverse workforces?
The 2018 British Council of Offices (BCO) conference explored ‘building communities for occupiers’, and the messages emanating from the event highlight that offices are more than just a place of work – they are a community, and a destination for its people.
We are delighted to be joined by President of BCO, Katrina Kostic Samen, at our ‘All Change’ Smart Series event. Katrina will open the seminar to explore ‘designing for diversity’, and will be followed by Asif Sadiq, head of diversity and inclusiveness for EY, and finally, Anne-Marie Sizer of Investec.
