The University of Sheffield wished to extend its Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC). We built an extension to the existing Factory of the Future building to provide capacity for an expanded Composite Centre.
Suffolk One is a centre for excellence in learning, providing both applied and vocational training for up to 2,000 16-19 year olds. This design & build project was a collaboration between Suffolk County Council, 14 regional education institutions and the Learning & Skills Council (LSC).

We substantially refurbished the iconic former home of the BBC World Service for Japanese owners Kato Kagaku. One of the largest commercial office refurbishment schemes to be awarded in 2013, the completed project - which was formerly known as Bush House and encompassed four buildings around a central courtyard and undercroft - was renamed Aldwych Quarter.
Based within the St Boltophs building, JLT acquired floors three to nine as wellas the ground, lower ground and basement. The design was generally open plan along with numerous cellular offices and meeting rooms and client-facing executive spaces.
The £8.5m refurbishment of commercial office building 450 South Oak Way involved upgrading the building’s existing interior and infrastructure.

Manfield House was a very challenging scheme due to the complexity of the structural changes to the building and the fact that these had to be carried out while the restaurant and retail unit on the ground floor remained fully operational.
