![]() Construction team recieveing their British Safety Council Award ISG has taken a record haul of occupational health and safety awards in 2012 after securing top accolades from leading industry bodies - the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) and the British Safety Council (BSC). Across the group, ISG has taken 58 individual awards, recognising standards of excellence in health and safety management at site, regional office and national business levels. Key highlights include the award of a total of nine RoSPA Gold Medals to Construction and Fit Out, underlining ISG’s consistently excellent standards as Gold Medals are only awarded to businesses that have secured five consecutive Gold Awards. Retail also put in a strong performance with eight Gold RoSPA Awards across the business. David Lawther, ISG’s CEO, commented: “This has again been an exceptional year for ISG in recognition of our consistently high standards of health and safety provision across the group.
