John Barnes – Non Executive Director

With an exceptional talent for marketing John has held senior marketing and general management positions with well known international corporations in the UK, USA and France, including Procter & Gamble and Pepsico. He played a key role in the acquisition of Harry Ramsdens and the subsequent expansion of this business resulted in 70 outlets across seven countries as well as a UK stock market listing before eventual exit to Granada.

John is currently Non Executive Director of Caffé Nero Group plc and Arena Leisure plc and Chairman of Zoo Digital, Galaxy Radio (101 FM) and La Tasca Restaurants. John is a member of ISG’s Remuneration Committee.
