Ray McGuigan - Financial manager

Ray's background is in cost consultancy and before joining ISG in 2007, Ray was an Associate with Davis Langdon. His area of expertise includes cost planning, procurement and cost management on varied construction projects in the UK and internationally. Market sector experience includes PFI, data centres, stadia, printing and manufacturing, hospitals and pharmaceutical. Ray is responsible for all commercial and financial issues relating to our projects at each stage, from feasibility and tendering to practical completion.

Ray was formally the editor for SPON’s mechanical and electrical pricing book and was the sector champion for PFI/PPP, having gained experience as Team Leader on the MoD Main Building Refurbishment (1,000,000m²) and on the White City Retail Development interfacing with the London Underground and their contractors.

Ray is married with two children and one grandchild! He is passionate about live music and is an avid football fan. He is also currently learning Italian.
