New build

Augmenting the ISG Retail and Leisure core deliverables of refurbishment and fit out is our new build capability. Utilising the key strengths of our internal resource and supply chain partners, our new build capability includes external ramp facilities for improved access, extension to existing operational premises and remodelling of building footprints to maximise usable internal working areas.

With the benefit of our national Group alliances, ISG Retail and Leisure draws upon inherent capability models to procure larger scale new build works, continuing with the internal refurbishment and fit out to provide a single source delivery platform.

These undertakings are completed through design & build, traditional and management contract procurement strategies with a focus on cost certainty, quality of product and timed completion at all milestones to meet and exceed our client expectations.
