Leeds College Of Music
Leeds College of Music is the UK’s largest independent music college. The client wanted to expand teaching space and provide much needed student accommodation. They required a high quality statement building at an economical cost. The project consisted of a 13 storey steel frame structure. ISG had previously constructed the existing building, the car park of which provided the building plot for the new structure.

Gateway College
Gateway College is to relocate to new purpose-built facilities. Our expertise of further education teaching spaces has enabled us to advise the client on ‘buildability issues’. Our
team are currently looking at problems that may be imposed on the design and utilising our knowledge to suggest inspired solutions to these issues. The building is designed to be highly sustainable and incorporates on-site biomass boilers, a rainwater harvesting
system and a wind turbine.
