Water Activities Centre
The new water activities centre was to be constructed on the banks of the Whitlingham Great Broad, within Whitlingham Country Park (owned by the Whitlingham Trust) with the landmark facility to be run in conjunction with the Trust. Everything about the project was innovative, from the use of screw anchor piling techniques to reduce the environmental impact, through to the specification of the cabins and the unusual design of the canopy.

D'Arcy House
Hanover Housing Association required D’Arcy House to offer older, frail people security, safety, support and independence but with the added advantage of care services on site. Self-contained wheelchair flats were to be provided along with a host of communal facilities. It also desired a high standard of design incorporating optimum levels of sustainability.
