Supply chain management
ISG Jackson recognises that its ability to provide clients with the highest levels
of service and performance is directly linked to the performance of the supplier
base we engage. We are only as strong as the weakest link.
We believe in working with our suppliers to develop ongoing relationships that allow
the creation of an environment dedicated to maximising value for the client. As
with our dealings with our upstream clients, we believe relationships with suppliers
should be based on equality and trust. We have, over a number of years, been working
with our suppliers to put in place formal partnering agreements that allow us to
enhance the quality of service and reduce costs. This also creates potential for
innovation and shared benefit.
We work closely with our clients and their professional teams to create a fully
integrated supply chain. In establishing a network of suppliers to provide ‘best
value’ we assess many aspects of their business. As an ISO 9001 registered organisation
we run a List of Approved Sub-contractors. Enquiries prior to registration are extensive.
By creating an integrated team within the supply chain we anticipate significant
steps will be made in achieving the key objectives of speed to market, (predictability
(time, cost and quality) and best value (by innovation and process enabling continuous
improvement).
