New build

ISG has delivered a diverse range of new build projects including the Albion Riverside, the Wandsworth Riverside Quarter, the Bexley Business Academy and the British Lawn Tennis Training Academy. Over the past 18 years ISG has developed a highly skilled and experienced new build team who have a detailed understanding of our clients’ needs and the various sectors they operate in.

Testimony to this is the valued repeat projects we have performed for clients such as Asticus. In the past five years ISG has completed their Gresham St and Caxton Hall developments and are currently working on their latest project at 14 Cornhill – one of the City’s busiest thoroughfares.

Due to our diverse range of skills and experience we have the ability to add value and avoid risk regardless of project size. We share a strong belief in the benefit of adding value at the earliest opportunity and offering cost, programme and methodology advice at Stage C or earlier.
