Not only do we deliver new build projects and extend existing buildings, we also refurbish and fit out retail facilities. Throughout the entire process we recognise the commercial objectives of owners and the ongoing trading requirements of tenants and work to facilitate this. We assist the requirement that retail outlets start trading as soon as possible by ensuring minimal disruption throughout every project. Where necessary we appoint a tenant liaison officer who liaises with tenants, retailers and local residents to ensure open lines of communication and up to date progress reporting.
