Private apartment
The Special works team received the apartment as an empty shell and undertook a complete fit out of the main living space (encompassing kitchen, lounge and dining area), master bedroom with en suite bathroom and two further bedrooms, both with an en suite. The totally bespoke joinery was a major feature of this project. Each element had to fit exactly and close tolerance required the highest levels of craftsmanship.

Weston College
The current facilities on the Loxton Road site were outdated and not fit for purpose. The client required the demolition of the existing structures and the provision of a new two storey
sixth form block and a two/three storey further education teaching block. ISG Pearce was highly commended by the client for our leadership of the value engineering exercise that was critical to getting the project signed off and on site.
