Andrew

Andrew spent three years studying for his degree in construction before joining ISG London. As Andrew had already made the decision to specialise in construction, the trainee programme was construction focussed and structured to meet his individual expectations.

Andrew spent eight months of his 18 month trainee programme working as a Trainee Construction Manager on the prestigious EMI project. During the construction element of the trainee programme Andrew was responsible for the kitchen construction along with shadowing an experienced Construction Manager as he closed out four floors. This allowed Andrew the chance to gain hands-on experience and become totally immersed his own project. To complete the programme Andrew spent a further three months at EMI reporting to a Senior Technical Manager assisting with the handover of M&E elements to the professional team.

Andrew’s next project was the Co-Op Bank where he concentrated on the financial element of the trainee programme. On completing of his training Andrew was promoted to an Assistant Construction Manager. Andrew is most recently been working on the Oaktree project in Knightsbridge where he was responsible for the complex joinery design, computer rooms and 4th floor office area.
