New build division

Originally formed as Exterior International Ltd in 1989, London’s New build division became a wholly owned subsidiary of ISG InteriorExterior in 2000. Since its inception the division has developed a proven reputation delivering over 50 projects ranging from £8 million to £130 million across the commercial, education, residential and sports, leisure and retail sectors.

Due to New build’s diverse range of skills and experience the division has the ability to add value and avoid risk regardless of project size. The division shares a strong belief in the benefit of adding value at the earliest opportunity and provides cost, programme and methodology advice at Stage C or earlier. Providing clients with a turnkey contracting service, the New build division operates under all popular procurement routes, particularly design and build.
