Paul Cossell - Commercial Director

Paul joined ISG InteriorExterior in 1996 to work on major projects. Following his success in his role as Senior Financial Manager and in delivering many projects including Disney £10m, BT Sevenoaks £28m and Deutsch Bank £50m he was promoted in 2000 to Divisional Financial Director for a newly formed fit out division.

Appointed to the ISG InteriorExterior board in 2004, Paul took commercial responsibility for all divisions within ISG InteriorExterior encompassing estimating, surveying and supply chain. Having improved the entire range of business relationships and maximised the potential of the company’s resources, Paul engages both internally and externally and has improved the proposition of the business and self awareness of its profit and growth potential.

Paul started his career as an assistant project manager with a masonry specialist in 1984 working on listed buildings such as the Palace of Westminster, followed by a move in 1987 to Walter Lilly where he gained extensive experience working on new build and refurbishment projects.

Paul has a proven record of operating in a commercial arena and delivering a high level of business improvement and profitability.
